A walk with the nightwatchman Festivity Culture Every Thursday in August, the cultural agency, headed by Dr. Monika Frenzel is staging a soiree at the court of Emporpor Maximilian I in front of the golden roof. 70 actors are taking part in the celebrations which begins at 8 pm.
